World’s First Hotel Run by Robots In Japan



Henn-na, expected to be the world’s first hotel run by robots, turns out to need a surprising amount of human intervention.

Are you the one who never follow the folks and always interested in exploring the unique and weird places and restaurants and hotels? 
If yes, then there is good news for you as Japan houses a hotel which is run by robots only. Henn-na is the name of the hotel in Nagasaki, Japan
However, Henn-na itself means strange and weird in Japanese and hence the hotel definitely lives up to its name.

Check-in at Henn-na:
Firstly, the robot dinosaur greets the guests and then he prompts the guests to take the face recognition procedure as this is the only key to the room. Next to the dinosaur is a gorgeous female robot that checks in your luggage. After that the guests will encounter a one foot tall robot that scurries to find the room. Moreover, across the lobby guests will come face to face with many robots that will be busy doing their respective duties. Another exciting attraction in this hotel is the robotic arm which places your luggage in case you want to take a stroll before check-in to the room.

The rooms at this hotel are categorized in three categories and that is standard, superior and deluxe rooms which the guests can choose as per their requirements and pocket. The cost of the room varies between INR 9,000 to INR 25,000. The rooms of this unique hotel have all the amenities which the normal hotels do have. As soon as you enter the room there will be a cute little robot waiting to carry out your instruction and that robot will tell you the time, weather and other information. You can also ask that robot to switch on/off the light for you.

The hotel is located in Nagasaki Prefecture in Japan amid Huis Ten Bosch Theme Park and is just 20 minutes away from Tokyo station, one hour away from Haneda Airport and one and half hour from the Narita Airport. So, plan your Japan tour soon!
